Return and Refund Policy
QUALIFICATION POLICY
After your order is submitted, your card will be authorized, which then you will receive your medical intake form (HIPPA COMPLIANT) and will be sent to your email as well which you will then complete so you will be assessed by the practitioner, once reviewed and deemed eligible then it will capture the authorized charge payment.
If a patient is found not eligible for the program, the authorized hold will be released and you will not be charged.
REFUND POLICY
Once your intake form has been reviewed, completed, and deemed eligible by the practitioner, we do NOT offer any refunds after.
CANCELLATION POLICY – PRESCRIPTION
Once a practitioner completes the prescription and sent your prescription to the pharmacy, it is 100% non refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY – SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription can be canceled any time from your account once you log in, except that you have already been charged for another month of the current program.

Any order issues must be notified to our support email directly: orders@thinifi.com within 24 hours of delivery in order to be resolved properly.
No exceptions.
